Please note that by placing an order with 911Supplies.com you are acknowledging that you have read and agree to be bound by our policies as set forth below.

SHIPPING INFO:

Orders within the United States will be shipped via UPS Ground (Preferred), UPS 2Day, or UPS Next Day. Please note that all orders require at least 3-4 business days for processing and packaging if in stock. Some items may need to be backordered, which could require up to 1-2 weeks for processing and packaging (See the Inventory & Backorders section below).

Be aware that shipping charges quoted are not exact. Some orders (i.e. bulky, heavier products like food and water) may be modified after your order confirmation to reflect a decrease or increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees assessed during the processing the order. You agree to be responsible for the additional shipping and handling fees as calculated by us after receipt of you order(s) for extra large, bulky, and heavy orders as well as orders that require additional packaging time and material. You will be promptly notified of any additional charges as they become available.

Depending on the item(s) amount and or the value or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with: signature required or adult signature required and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees will be charged.

A flat shipping charge of $10.00 will be applied to all orders up to $100.00

UPS 2Day Service Option

A flat fee of $35.00 will be applied to the above shipping price for 2-Day Service orders that require 2-day delivery (2-day service is not guaranteed). This is option is only available on items that are currently in stock. Please note that the 2Day Service Option may still require the 3-4 business days for processing and packaging.

UPS Next Day Service Option

A flat fee of $45.00 will be applied to the above shipping price for express orders that require next day delivery (next day service is not guaranteed). This is option is only available on items that are currently in stock. Please note that the Express Service Option may still require the 3-4 business days for processing and packaging.

Outside the United States

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us for a refund, exchange, or replacement when you notify us within 7 days of delivery. Refund amount does not include shipping and handling charges. For a refund of purchase price, items must be unopened, in new condition, and returned in original shipping containers. Before returning any items, please contact us via email at info@911supplies.com to receive your Return Authorization Number. We must receive products that are eligible for return within 10 business days of issuance of a Return Authorization Number. Products that are accepted for return that our staff determine are not defective or restockable or are returned after our policy expires, will be charged a 35% per item restocking fee.

911Supplies will refund standard shipping charges when due to defect in merchandise (Expedited shipping costs are not refundable). Returns must be complete with parts, accessories, manuals, etc. Products with defects caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, failure to read and adhere to operating instructions, repairs or attempts at repairs, lack of proper routine maintenance and other causes beyond the control of 911Supplies are not covered in this policy. Batteries and / or damage caused by faulty or leaking batteries are the responsibility of the purchaser.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ISSUED PRIOR TO SENDING BACK OR OUR SHIPPING DEPARTMENT CANNOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE.

Carefully repack the item(s) with all instructions and documentation in it's original packaging, be sure to write your return authorization on the outside of the package and mail it back, prepaid, UPS or insured US Mail. We will refund shipping costs on items that we determine to be defective.

**NOTICE** Products returned in bubble or padded envelopes are subject to damage and restocking fee.

ORDER CONIRMATION & STATUS

After every order a 911Supplies confirmation email will be sent to you confirming that the order has been placed. This email will provide information to help you confirm the status of your order. Please contact us at info@911supplies.com if at any time you have questions about your order.

INVENTORY & BACKORDERS

At 911Supplies.com we strive for 100% of the items we sell to be in stock. Items that are in stock will be shipped approximately 3-4 business days after order placement. However, some items can be extremely difficult to keep available and are considered a back order. Most back orders are shipped in about 1-2 weeks. Backordered items will be shipped as soon as we receive them in stock. You will be notified after placing your order if an item is being backordered.

SALES TAX

California Residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged to purchases made out of California.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
